So Bruce is coming near me on August 23rd on his book signing tour. I'm hoping to get his book and an Evil Dead poster autographed. I figured it would be a good chance to clear up some questions we all have about continuity, etc. Anyone have any burning questions they want me to ask?

Or was it an "alternate" 1982? 2- Will the show aknowledge the continuity issues in an inventive and funny way, like they did on Season 2 Episode 9?

I also want to get his take on whether Army of Darkness is part of Ash Vs. Evil Dead continuity.

I'm confident that this place will become active as hell as soon as the Season 3 will start.

I would ask him how he liked season 2 finale.

I'll be meeting him in October. I'm just going to bug him about getting Kevin Sorbo on the show and also get an updated pic with him as I also met him back in 2001 at a signing for his fist book....

That would be cool to get Kevin Sorbo on the show. I can just imagine a scene with him and Lucy Lawless together.

Ok, met Bruce last night. He started off with a Q&A session where I got to ask a few questions. Then after a 3 hour wait, I finally got to him. It was a bit rushed, but I did manage to ask him a few more questions:
Q: Is Army of Darkness in the same continuity as the other movies and Ash vs. Evil Dead? A: Yes. It absolutely is. All the movies and the show are all in one cohesive continuity. They just haven't been able to directly reference AOD because of legal reasons. They did find a small loophole though and are planning on referencing a bit more directly in Season 3.
Q: Has the timeline been changed because of the events of Season 2? A: Maybe. But in a good way. (He was a bit vague on this one)
Q: Will there ever be another movie? A: I hope so, although there are no definite plans for one right now, it is definitely something we really want to do.
Q: Will Kevin Sorbo or any other actors from Hercules/Xena show up in AvED? A: Maybe. We're working on that.
That's about all I got to ask him. I did get the new book signed and got an Evil Dead poster signed. So it was all worth it.

Oh, and in case anyone was interested, during the Q&A session someone asked him if there will ever be a sequel to Bubba Ho Tep. He said not a chance in Hell.

Last time I went to a book signing with Bruce, I was #4 in line. This time, I'm #112. Lol.

Just curious, did he seem OK with you bringing up Sorbo? I'm curious because I know they were pretty close while they did Hercules/Xena, but Sorbo had a pretty bad falling out with Rob Tapert since then and I don't know where Bruce stands on that....

He seemed fine with it. His answers were pretty brief. He just kind of shook his hand back and forth and said something along the line of "Eh, maybe. We're working on it....". It could have just been his way of avoiding the question.
