Not in order: 1- Is each ED movie a standalone parallel universe? Does Episode 20 suggest so? 2- Is Ash crazy by the time Army of Darkness rolled out? 3- How did Ash return back to 1982 after Army of Darkness? 4- Is the S-Mart ending still canon? Or was it a dream? 5- What did Ruby do before and after 1300 AD? 6- How did time travel TRULY work in the Evil Dead (multi)universe? 7- Why did nobody ever discover the Necronomicon in Kandar before 1982? 8- Who TRULY wrote the Necronomicon and why? 9- Why was Ruby talking with Evil Amanda in Episode 9 as she was a lover? 10- What about the strange black shadow behind Ruby in Episode 6? 11- Why is Ash so "special", even during the events of The Evil Dead? 12- Why is Ruby talking about having "cleared up Ash's mess" in the 30 years timespan? Episode 9. I thought the Kandarian Demon was just sleeping (again) before Episode 1. 13- How did Ash repair the Oldsmobile after the events of Army of Darkness? 14- What is Brock's secret? AND MOST OF ALL, THE BIGGEST MYSTERY: 15- What does the Kandarian Demon aka Apple aka The Evil Dead want from the human race?

This is truly strange. Amanda was possessed by the Kandarian Demon, not Baal. Maybe was Baal talking with her (Ruby) via the Kandarian Demon inside Amanda? Nah. I don't think so. Oh well, on the other hand, Apple and Baal were allies in Season 2... Maybe was Ruby talking with the human Amanda inside Evil Amanda? So they had become lovers during the search for Ash? Tell me what you think.

Regarding Numbers 7 and 8... can kind of be explained if you know your Cthulhu Mythos.
Abdul Alhazred first "received" it ages ago in Arabia (I forget the year) from demons, much in the way Aleister Crowley got his inspiration for The Book of the Law in real-life, apparently. It's known as Al-Azif in Arabic. I think this is covered in the video game Evil Dead: Hail to the King.
If you buy the whole "Great Old Ones" idea then the Kandarian Demon is a sort of offshoot/different version of them. They wanted dominion over the Earth after being somehow spellbound for aeons. I guess they thought humanity was getting too big for its breeches.
15 - Maybe it just likes causing mayhem?

I assume that this is what his father was trying to tell him in Season 2. I really hope they clear that up in Season 3.

I think the Demon is just a very horny and very old pervert.

That's why "the" Kandarian Demon of Evil Dead (2013) doesn't work too well for me, because they made him a Judeo-Christian demon, not a Lovecraftian one like in ED1/ED2.

I assume it's the one from TED, as the one from ED2 ended up in 1300. I want to know how he's going to repair it in 2016. (or will he forego his signature ride??)

According to the AvED continuity, there's one Oldsmobile... I think they joked on the fact that he can always repair it at the very end of "DUI", episode 14.
